The chapter is quite confusing, but i can explain what happens

@Mariokart268 is right, Vinyl mask enters the school, goes to the toilet and finds the real Hanako-san, captures her and starts spanking her with his stick

All the other girls are watching his stream and think that he got Kiki, so Toki-sensei and Nagisa Hama start running to the toilet to help, and while they are running in the halfway they start imagining a sex fantasy about what will happen

So page 10 onward is all black borders, you can see the transition on the grey border of the last panel of page 9

And it turns out that Nagisa and Toki sensei never ever got to the toilet in the first place, on the final double spread we see that Nagisa and Toki were still running in the halfways while somehow sharing the same sex delusion, because they are the same kind of pervert

There's a bit of a Namek time like shenanigans happening, then while they are still running to help Kiki, who is actually fine, the real Hanako-san uses her ghost powers to break the bathroom mirror, which is represented by a Crack! exclamation speech bubble

That then scares Vinyl mask and his team, and they run away, which makes the chat calls him a coward, and the end of a legend, because he did run away from a ghost

And as it happens Kiki was never in a any trouble, and Hanako-san (who did got spanked on stream), was real all along
