hell yeah, peak is back.
Not as introspective as the previous parts of this arc, but Takeru got to feel up his gf/fiance and then everyone else in turn, so that's the ecchi quota filled.

I kinda wonder if he'll continue working toward figuring out how to be more "clinical" with his skill, so that he can remove the ..."sensual" factor for those moments it's unnecessary or even outright detrimental. (say he's gotta work with an abuse victim who is seeking a new sense of identity; that physicality aspect would be ...well, traumatic in that case, so making that person feel safe and cared for by turning off that arousal component would be necessary.)

This title is surprisingly sensitive to things like body image and confidence and how "even if others think you look fine/XYZ isn't a problem, doesn't mean you don't feel the same" - all while being an ero manga about groping girls' chests. So going even further with some of the scenarios in that light would be interesting to see. (Still wanna see him figure out how to cure breast cancer, or remove the physical touching aspect entirely, or something to broaden his ability to help people.)

Anyway thanks for continuing this series, it remains the most "wait wait, hear me out" manga on my list.

I guess I just love women too much. Whenever I hear the girls problem and then see their breasts I can't help but think how it isn't an issue. I'm just a body positive ally like that.
It's also important to not discount each character's own perceptions and to realize that their feelings are valid in terms of what they want to change, and why.
Which, I'm amazed at how well this title handles that. The MC states as such in earlier chapters, about how he truly thinks that each girl is perfect as-is, but that they also deserve to be comfortable and to feel confident, and thus he would do what he can to help them achieve that mental place.

It's one thing to celebrate body positivity from the outside, but I'm a big fan of how the author writes the MC and characters to acknowledge how that sentiment is secondary to how the girl herself feels, and which is ultimately most important.
Learning to love oneself is essential, but he's got literal magic to help each character physically achieve a state of their appearance that helps them do that best, and the sensitivity in which the story handles that dynamic is handled way better than I'd expect for a horny manga.

You know, I think I've pinpointed my problem with this story. Every single request is a regression towards the mean. Big boobs? Make them smaller. Small? Make them bigger. Big areolas? Shrink them. Fewer boobs than usual? Grow another.

It feels like the end goal for all of them is some identical shape of platonic ideal boobs or something, so by the end they'll all the the same.

Why don't we see anyone going "actually I love the idea of having huge nipples" or "can you make me a washboard?"

All the requests are basically...boring. And really kinda reinforce the idea that everyone who strays from the mean should yearn to be unexceptional.

I hope we start getting characters who want to stand out.

the one girl who wants hers smaller has a reasonable argument I think - she doesn't like the attention she gets, and there's the back pain issue.
I also like that we already had one character who had an injury that resulted in a mastectomy, and was asking MC to regrow her one breast.

Ultimately they all are seeking a state of their body wherein they can feel comfortable and confident. But I do think you bring up a good point about how it's all rather convergent in terms of the expressed desired 'end point', and that introducing characters that seek something outside that "platonic ideal" would be good to see in order to not be reductive.
Hell, if there was ever a title that had one girl who wanted them gone entirely, this would be the one. And not even in a Transperson sense, though there's also potential in that (though I would never expect it for multiple reasons).

It is still rather early in the series though, so I'm expecting (or at least hopeful) that we'll invariably get some differentiation as more characters (presumably) get introduced and the world expands further.

Exactly this! It’s never about what anyone else thinks and feels. If the girls themselves are not happy with their bodies no amount of external body positive comments will change that.

I will also add though, her big, puffy areolas were sexy as fuck :pepehmm:

Too bad we didn't see more breasts be corrected but better than nothing. As some of other people have commented, I agree that everyone has their own perception on body image so they deserve to be the best version of themselves. I always love it when an ecchi story is deeper than what title or premise portrays it as. Thanks for the translations.

My concern there is that this series is being written as if it were a harem, constantly introducing new girls who simply become part of the harem and don't move on. (Even though it also isn't enjoyable as a harem because there's a defined "chosen girlfriend" from the start who constantly gets possessive and shuts down interactions with the other characters.)

So if that trend continues, it will become too cluttered to introduce new and varied characters. We've also seen little actual progress with the changes despite the patients evidently being impressed with how things are going. So I'm just not sure if we're really going to see patients cycle out and make room for new characters.

That seems a pretty "Japanese" mindset. Blend into the average, don't stick out.
