It is through. At least in my country, you can open brokerage account without any money. Basically, as long as you don't put you money in something risky like leverage, you can go relatively safe. The "problem" is that it very long path over years, not "make quick money and became rich".

no you're right, i worded it poorly. she's implying that you can become one of those "elite" with just investing, but it's significantly more difficult (and luck-based) than she lets on. and, it's only becoming more difficult as the barrier to entry for being "elite" grows

Yea its just a leak atm, so technically not official. But they're pretty well trusted (pretty much the only trusted anime leaker out there) with a solid track record so unless something massive changes there's not much reason to doubt it.

If you still doubt them, you can scroll through their older tweets and they'll often retweet their leaks once the real announcements come up and it happens pretty often.
