YEah all his cucking and then ACTIVELY betraying humanity OPENLY when the Ex drops the act catches up to him! Toru was not the ONLY ONE he cucked! That character as you suspect is Toru's Ex, she's the fucking "DEMON LORD" the Fake was suppose to be killing! Turns out she approached him and Toru all those years ago in an "unnecessarily complexed plan" to destroy the prestige of the Hero Title, keep him ALIVE so no other could get the Title and the unnecessary part was she got with Toru BECAUSE she knew the Fake had a CUCKING FETISH and would only get seduced if he thought he was "Stealing her away!" She at no point was ever under his control, especially if you remember from the Noble Lady he tried to charm, he can't charm those higher level then him, and she is past the Level Cap!
The reason she fears the Title is that just HAVING IT causes her if she actively fights the Hero to start hemorrhaging her levels at the speed of light! Her level screen starts looking like a Timer on SPEED as it's lowering! THAT is why the Hero is feared! She was trying on PURPOSE to ruin the prestige of it, so at least when she took him away, any FUTURE heroes would be treated with scorn, thing is while he's SUPPOSE to be weak and the point of them running like cowards from fights with HER generals is for the public to fall into DESPAIR at how PATHETIC the Heroes party is! Toru's been SABOTAGING without realizing it when he DEFEATS those generals and ACTS like the Hero SHOULD! This is the NEEDLESS part, she SERIOUSLY believed Chapter 1 was IT for Toru, that she'd never see or hear from him again! Even what she did to the girls with the asshole fake was simply to drive MORE despair when they "woke up" specifically Tomboy after she was abandoned and Priestess after she gets sold! She is NOT PLEASED along with assface when they discover the leader of the Party "stealing their thunder" IS Toru of all people!
