Yeah. I'm thinking the same.Kyouka is the rabbit that are friendly with Izuko dude, she's basically MC number 2. I guess she's actually really powerful but is just watching everything unfolds for now.
I have a suspicion Kyouka isn't really a guilty rabbit but their prison warden, which is why every other rabbit has a bad relationship with her (or outright hate her) but won't actually move against her directly. I think her condition is that she's a guilty rabbit IN THE MAKING, in that she has the option to either just sit there and keep the others from going back to the moon or kill the other rabbits and end up as a guilty rabbit for the "crime", or figure out a way to do the latter without becoming "guilty". This may be the reason she's using Izuko to do the job, because to her the game is to finish the job without becoming a guilty rabbit herself. This may also explain why she doesn't eat humans despite technically being the most capable of doing it at the start (as a top number).Wonder why Kyouka's number is censored, and I forgot but do we know what her crime is?
Maybe she was the first killer of all?

also makes sense that yue is a murderous person. theres no need to try and connect when you could make your own humanoids to talk with.Just realized something regarding Yue. Back in chapter 10 and chapter 6 pretty certain, its suggested that humanoid rabbits are made with souls/spirits (this also connects with the loneliness disease Tsukuyomi mentions, where she mentions that if they could find a way to make new souls, they wouldn't have to fear loneliness.)
Now the lunar equipment made for Yue named "Shiki" was mentioned to have the ability to take ones life (mentioned in this exact chapter). Inaba was the other rabbit known to have decent mass reserves, yet couldn't make humanoid rabbits. Yue has been shown to make humanoid rabbits (Radiata, Almiraj, and Artemis.) on top of that, she mentions this regarding Almiraj and Artemis "Oh, come on, you can't attack Kyouka. I give them a little sense of self, and now they won't listen to me."This proves the following: Yue can make humanoid rabbits with concious which is something the others cant, She can configurate the amount of concious they have, and finally, she can likely take souls using Shiki in the process of eating humans to make humanoid rabbits.
A theory my friend mentioned was also that the Yue killed two rabbits when stealing Vajra, and the humanoid rabbits that attack Kyouka and Izuko are 2. That could hint to the fact that she takes souls only from rabbits to make new rabbits, or reanimates killed rabbits/humans because of the fact that Radiata is thought to be a human. This may be more likely as the hundreds of humans that Yue has killed would make her be a living soul vault, which would just be too powerful even with the fact that it takes tons of mass to make a rabbit a humanoid.
Makes sense, the story does consider her as a guilty rabbit though based on chapter 10I have a suspicion Kyouka isn't really a guilty rabbit but their prison warden, which is why every other rabbit has a bad relationship with her (or outright hate her) but won't actually move against her directly.
