That's a common gripe I have with a lot of isekai themed manga. The MC is usually older than they seem and while age doesn't guarantee intelligence or wisdom, they often end up acting like a child with 0 experience with the world, any world. And this is regardless of their background in their either their original or new world, be it a genius or a dumbass. They always end up acting like a dumbass. I get that there needs to be a set up for the plot but my god, but if it requires the MC to have negative braincells, think up a new plot...

Bad start, the MC was originally a elite but when he got his previous life memories he turned into a retard, acting like a bufoon, thought pattern of a cretin, knows the tutor turns the girl into a villain but is acting like she already is, it totally fell any credibility when he started to tocuh her body to ensure she didn't had a nife because he didn't want to get stabbed after making her angry.

The finale of the chapter is pretty terrible, it makes clear the MC is a not functional retard, he forced himself to believe that he will die after it get discovered he corrupted the princess, and the princess in not corrupted in any way now so the onyl way that happens is if he forces her that route, he could just teach her normal common sense, that would destroy all of his bad ending routes, instead he decided to force the game on that track to then GAMBLE on being able to get the singular ending where she stays a sadistic villain, that is certainly bad for everybody, and he somehow turns the hero character into a copy of his own shitty self.

Even knowing that he was a complete loser in his previous life that had a not healthy passion for that game the moment he fell in that world and assimilated the knowledge of a actual superior person he should have balanced to a normal person, instead it fully descended into human scum.

I doubt I'll stick around, I dislike protagonists like this that would be looked with disgust and contempt in our world.

I really don't like this flavour of cheap comedy manga where the characters are straight up a lobotomites. I don't mean comedy where people are dumb, I mean comedy where everyone makes the most braindead choice ever because otherwise the plot doesn't move forward.
