"Staff" is just a role used to denote any staff member. All admins, mods, and devs have this role. This is where the distinctions between roles begin. But for the most part, "Super Moderator" means I moderate both the forums and the main site.

Serious answer:
You can either get one if you are staff or if you won a tournament hosted by the GFG. There are some rare cases where the average user got a custom title, but they are very unique situations.
