Maybe the term is only widely used in Japanese social media, and "salparfait" is just a translation/localisation?I get exactly 3 hits for "salparfait" on Google. All three are French. One is a typo, merging part of the name of a hotel with the french word "parfait", "perfect". The other two are Instagram comments I can't read in full because I don't have an account, but they don't seem to be about food at all.
