Yume's body hopping mom, might (or might not) also be Hama's mom. She bodyjacked a lot of people already, seems like their friend was secretly possessed by her too.Eh who is nijimura?
Nijimura is the child they said could save the world and is the strongest and needed to avoid the bad future.Tks for the translation as always!
Eh who is nijimura?
I reread some old chapters, and it looks like Hama was the only one who heard about Nijimura. In chapter 192 (which got taken off of MD, but you can find aggregators that host it by googling "read ura baito"), Yume and Hama see a figure in the mist. The figure looks like Tokiko from Q to Hama, but to Yume, looks like her adoptive mom Yayoi. The figure says she's looking for Nijimura, but only Hama can hear her. I'm guessing Yume's not supposed to know that she has this important role until it's time. Later in chapter 198, Hama ends up back in time in her hometown and has to deliver a package to Nijimura, and she thinks that Nijimura is the friend in this chapter, but that's because of her memory issues.Yeah honestly, the child of the prophecy bill fits Yume more and with Hama's memory issues it's no wonder she missremembered. Just a question, was Yume aware of Nijimura being the child of prophecy or was that just mentioned to Hama ? I can't recall ngl
Gotcha thanks, yeah was a bit iffy if Taguchi fumbled and forgot but glad it makes perfect sense as a twist. Also, in the story with the angels where Deborah (the fat lady from Q) tried to trap Yayoi, she tricks her by saying that she's taking her to Nijimura.
oh fk thats some op foreshadowing. we didnt take much of it and thought hama had to deliver a package to nijimura but in fact what it actually meant was she needed to deliver a package to yume, which she did, when she delivered all those houses to the cultI reread some old chapters, and it looks like Hama was the only one who heard about Nijimura. That reminds me of early theory among Japanese fans that they will have big roles for the main arc cause their name is "Nozomi" and "Mirai" which is hope and future and "Yume" being dream. And another theory that Nijimura is someway related to Yume's brother cause of chapter 193.Now i remember her brother and sister and now im curious what happens to them since it's been really long time they not appearing again in this manga
Are they related ? I remember reading that they are not blood related but I can't be sureThat reminds me of early theory among Japanese fans that they will have big roles for the main arc cause their name is "Nozomi" and "Mirai" which is hope and future and "Yume" being dream.
