anyway, don't know if this was changed in LN version, but in WN, the revelation was quite different

in novel version, steel wing was in the training room and witnessed an old man fighting, so basically steel wing members already know old man's strength

I think the glasses girl receptionist might've been more supportive but it's understandable if it's standard practice to be like "This low ranking adventurer suddenly brought high grade quality stuff from dungeons versus farming apples" (tho you'd think they'd bring out a measuring tool to skip a mock battle too), but you'd think other than 'young cute girl' as receptionists there'd be seasoned retired veterans working the 'front desk' too

nah, but half the time ppl complain about mcs being too 'soft' while there are some revenge stuff that goes over the top, like in that recent Sensei one where the femc of that paid a rando person to ruin a track star girls' legs/future career (i mean half the comments last chapter said 'brat correction' which usually is associated with SA/hentai doujin stuff but that kinda stuff prolly isn't gonna happen in this manga, at least not done by the mc)

i don't condone it in real life, but this kinda thing is a 'survival of the fittest'. i mean his 'vampire inner self' did behead his 'ex friend' after all lol, so i guess they got off lightly

agree, not just this scene, but many contents of the manga are cute-lified, the story wraps up many details, so it's kind of confusing in some parts

It seems like it'd be outta chara for him but considering he has some "impregnation toggle" I guess he'll get a waifu or two at some point (and while this particular fight might be toned down he did kill his other "friend" even if unintentionally while the amputee/fake leg one got arrested or so, tho the in game fertilizer is some interesting lore)

(imagine if he got the queen pregnant but I assume it'll be someone in the town/among his travels )

Thank you for pointing all of this out. This mangaka makes everything look so cute that I feel a lot of the dark themes and straight up gore doesn’t transfer over from the novel as well. Ben’s head was sitting on a desk for several pages, and the noble that wanted it held it up like it was some sort of idol. MC also has eaten people. Granted it was justified because his life was in danger (and he actually died once to Ben).

Please tell me he wrecked the two girls one guy party in the novel?
