I wonder if this ends up with a gay pairing, one of the FMCs with Kimura, and the other FMC with, I dunno, probably another character that's introduced later

Kimura realizes he does have value as a person and he's just as deserving of a spot in this story with his friends,

Ei accepts that he's into guys just as much as he's into girls and learns more about his own character,

Manaka overcomes two heartbreaks in a row and grows stronger mentally, making many more friends and finally winning in romance for once,
