that is how i feel also (the "I can see both happening" felt a little heavy handed lol, especially with how she acts on the train later), but I think she feels like she has no chances and just wants to see her friend happyBonk me if you want, but there's something to be said of mixed groups and onsen trips, especially when some of them are related...
And especially when we are told nothing about the sister's thoughts and feelings. I have a NOT sneaking suspicion she likes Hii-chan romantically, and wrestles with the idea of letting her brother take her away (just, in 20 years or something).
It doesn't really matter even if Tsukko felt thay way because Hina's feelings are pretty clear. Tsukko has been pushing those two together ever so subtly, though. Not too aggressively because I reckon that's not her nature. If her brother can't do it on his own, she won't help him too much.Bonk me if you want, but there's something to be said of mixed groups and onsen trips, especially when some of them are related...

Tsukko has, but she has also been getting in the way at key moments. It could be that, like them, she gets nervous when they are just about to click so she puts a stop to development. It's probably after she realises that getting in the way is wrong and so tries to get them together again. It doesn't really matter even if Tsukko felt thay way because Hina's feelings are pretty clear.
