Honestly that barrel bathtub is a failure in almost every respect except holding water. And that completely ignores that it's so small around a person could barely fit in it let alone wash themselves.

I feel like you'd have normal temp water in one barrel and heated water in another and combine them to optimal temperature in a main tub.
