ew that's so fucking weird.
First of all it's pretty weird that machiko's dad would go up to Haru like that and be like "hehe hey kid how are you doing, so you just saw me finish banging your mum eh haha" . Almost everyone would just avoid Haru after being spotted like that and not mention it.
Secondly what's really weird is that Haru would just say "haha well I fucked your wife". Even if he had really weird boundaries from his upbringing, he should still be aware that most normal people have different boundaries, which means he's acting innocent and acting surprised and hurt after he gets punched in the face, but really he said that knowing he'd get some reaction and wanted to either see that reaction or feel some sense of power from telling Machiko's dad that.
Finally what's also weird is that after finding out that Haru has been fucking his wife he not only starts buddying up like "hehe guess we are even" , but then starts asking cuck questions like "so , how was my wife?" . That guy's a fucking freak too.
Everyone in that town is an absolute sleezeball. It's worse than Twin Peaks.

I read this manga a long time ago so bear with me, if some of this is wrong.
Iirc basically his mom isn’t his real mom, ayame is his mom. He finds this out when ayame leaves. He ends up fucking his adopted mom and the childhood friend even though she is in love with his adopted dad because she used him as a substitute for the Mc
