Well the ending was nice, although I would've preferred Hinata going back to the other world to live longer rather than Bell having her lifespan reduced. But it's clear that for her living g even a single second in a world without Hinata would've been the worst possible fate so everything worked in the end.
The friend might have a shot with Hinata's son if she's fine with an age gap romance.

I can't tell if it was successful due to how the ending felt like it was lacking another volume or 2. I mean props to the author on having their NSFW doujinshi get a less lewder serialization while also getting an anime adaption (though the animation is really lacking like slideshow levels throughout its run). I do hope they can get another serialization in lieu of going back to the doujinshi. Thanks for translating this to completion.

I got the Raws for it and can somewhat clean it (not perfectly)
Another group was doing it (see Mangadex page) but they are prioritising other Manga.

My thoughts:

Disappointed, you want romance? Well our guy lacks any arc, doesn't really react to things around, treated her like she was her caretaker, allowing those side characters (whom I don't give a shit) to just walk all over them.

The corruption came almost out of nowhere it had no proper setup, it all felt rushed but overall the romance had very few moments, the erotic factor was mediocre, anyone looking for that might as well checkout the original, even the Anime did more and tha was a cheap short using dolls to pad time. The fantasy aspect was bare bones.
So this was 4 years wasted.
Next time, don't let the guy write.
