Unlikely, but not improbable. Definitely possible for a middle schooler to do, especially since its only a handgun and not a long rifle. Being able to land a hit on someone's heart is the more unlikely aspect.

Honestly, this manga could prolong the final arc and I wouldn't even be mad. This has good potential that i'm seeing. It could be like that 20th Century Boy manga where there's 200 chapters.
