I wonder if his classmates will treat him better if not fear him 'retaliating' for the bullying earlier but other than taking a break from school idk if they'd question why he'd suddenly shoot up in ranks

Oh hey, this totally slipped my mind. Why not just let Tsubaki does the assassination since she has her invisibility while the mc causing chaos for her to escape afterward? Just like what they did before.
Sound like a better plan to me than betting it all on the mc with all his instability. Ofc, unless her ability has a weakness or counter we still don't know.

Will they be? I thought she could hide any weapons under her clothes and they will be invisible, just like how she stabbed the decomposition guy with her knife. But well I agree there's gotta be some weakness through her invisibility. We still don't know how it works.

tbh I thought that the reason she specified that location was because she hid a knife somewhere there and that's why she had one
My best guess is cuz at the end, she's just a normal human, even if invisible, she can still be spotted and stopped in other ways, including sight (like when rain was hitting her), plus Lowell will most likely be physically protected, not including any descend user

She'd have to get much closer to Lowell and so there's a greater chance that she gets detected or that her attempt fails , also since she'd have to get closer it might be harder for her to resist lowell's voice, also it would be more of a suicide mission for her , while the MC might not get caught since they won't know where the explosion comes from. also it might be harder for her to enter the ceremony with weapons.
I agree that if they want to maximise the chance of killing lowell then they would explore sending her to the ceremony as well, but I think kiriya has a better chance as the primary assassin.

I think the secret police must suspect kiriya and are using him to try and find the rest of his terrorist cell.
I mean what a coincidence that the person who just so happened to be arrested at a place where a heretic used their powers also happened to escape the brainwashing room before it was completed and find another heretic and get into a physical scuffle where he disarmed a gun off her. Why would the heretic terrorist who uses their power to cause explosions take a pistole from a police officer anyway?
Then again if they really suspected him then I suppose they'd just interrogate him.

I mean its said that even with earplug they will probably be brainwashed so the more distant from him is better i think. And i'm Prety sure this is the reason it have to be mc is power to kill him. Even so following this line of thougths if Renza Still alive she would be the best option tough.

Hmm I would think Lowell voice will affect his own allies as well so even Lowell bodyguards would not be able to think straight or could not stay near him. And if Lowell will address the people in person and will use his voice, he can not just hide in a completely isolated defense mechanism.
Still I agree it's risky for Tsubaki especially if getting closer risk further brainwash. Guess the ideal is for Tsubaki to be able to apply her power on Kiriya. It will be perfect. Hypothetically, I think she should be able to since her clothes are invisible.
