I'm surprised he only thought it was "like" an isekai, other than "is". If its not another world, how does he think this change occurred around the planet? He has a family that knows him, so its not like cryo-sleep to an unknown future. Technically it could be scifi with aliens altering the planet and rewriting peoples minds, but that is far less likely without any evidence than waking up in a different but comparable world.

Yeah, I really like it when a series says something that makes me stop and think, and realise that common sense would obviously be shifted in a different way due to the different circumstances of that world and I simply hadn't considered it before.

The All-Ages and R18 versions are entirely different continuities and it's very much that they, despite being non-canon to each other, work fine together and enhance each other.
Like, if you only read All-ages, you only know part of Hinata's troubles, while here you get the sex-related part of it, which wouldn't have come in the world where Sou is a more passive and unknowing conqueror of the entire female population
