No, it's just the same artist. Do be reminded that Horimiya is like One Punch Man. It was originally a webtoon titled Hori-San to Miyamura-Kun by HERO it was then adapted to a manga with Daisuke Hagiwara as the artist. Koi to Yobu ni wa Sasayaka desuga is by Daisuke Hagiwara, not HERO

It's not. The author of Horimiya is Adachi Hiroki. Hagiwara Daisuke drew the manga adaptation, and created this series. Not sure what the fuck that introduction page is waffling on about.
