But if the law of subversion still works, it can't be that simple.
I still don't have much of a clue about what the heck is going on or what is she going to wedge herself out of this mess without losing what makes her a "Villainess", but her actually going out of her way to investigate the executioner herself is a massive step. And I see the other two maids contributed to this action, so good to know that she still has quality help from her harem when the number 1 investigator is out of commission.
