Not really a good justification on his part, but her sister did just poison him with intent of killing him. So while I agree two wrongs don't make a right, the sister, even if under duress, is offering herself up as restitution for her sisters attempt on his life.

Yeah, all you guys all make some good points. Seems obvious that both the author and artist are rookies between the art style and the writing. Honestly, it can be a pain sometimes to smooth out the dialog so that it can actually make sense. I hope the author and artist get better as time goes on, I have found a few lost opportunities the author could have done to make the MC and overall story better but did not; fingers crossed.

With help from his "Sister", his power of guaranteed pregnancy gets used to help other prostitute's stricken barren by potions have children of their own. He does go and explains stuff to the first prostitute, and makes a decision to fund his own children so they don't have to grow up in a brothel or on the streets. Or in an underfunded orphanage.

This is why there is a focus on prostitutes.
