Student council will like try to trip her up on etiquette/manners... And will likely fail completely vs. princess who will be completely competent in etiquette/manners.

In all honesty - I've not seen a more compelling argument to just go "okay I guess I'll go lend my strength to [insert rival power here]".

Sure, she's the literal king's daughter - and a former member of the hero party from which the kingdom itself claims its founding lineage. But there is a breaking point, and surely even those at the top who are pearl-clutching over "the unladylike"ness of it all, should see that the mere threat of someone of the princess' caliber turning enemy could spell existential doom for this entire place.

If this weren't a "comedy first and foremost" sort of story, anyway. As it is, she'll just Violence her way through it all and win over everyone with the power of muscles and potential yuri and that'll be that.

But the fact that everyone continuously thinks they can "get one over on" the very girl who 1v500'd an enemy army and has done everything she's done at the academy thus far, really makes this one to suspend all belief and higher brain function over.
No seriously, if rumor that she was sent by the emperor can reach the academy then surely the REASON the emperor sent her should have reached the academy. All I am learning is that the girls at this academy are dumb, some are dumbstruck with ol' girl with the hearteyes, but I thought ya'll were being educated. Can no one see the light?!

I just want training arc and to see new buff OP girls in academy uniforms. Give me my Mai-Otome in the year of 2026.

This is honestly really stupid. The whole goddamn country was founded on equality yet it quickly devolved into "women should be seen and not heard"?

The mom is so annoying and stupid, yeah not everything your child do you must support for sure. But this one? Omg. The MC just not ladylike or soft, not like the MC doing evil or crime. The principle is also very stupid.

classic stern noble mother that only knows one way of living, at least the emperor is smart and see how mc is different, forcing her to live like a noble lady now when she failed once already will just bring misery to her own daughter and might also create a distance between them, but well this is a comedy so it won't go so deep into it, mc will probably ignore all of them with some steel mind shenanigans

the series is fun, but ngl im already kinda bored with how everyone is against her. she's got good results on her tests she can behave like a lady when the situation calls for it, it's just that she's a muscle head on top of all that. pluss it's on the emperors orders to better the empire and the standing of female knights so who gives a damn about how she gets it done. her mother is honestly really annoying

The Emperor wants MC to create a secret unit of women to be the last line of defense for the Empire

During a time where Women are basically raised to believe they are meant to be seen and not heard, and that adventuring and personal strength are the sole purview of men

He sent her to the academy that has had its original purpose completely subverted in order for her to build said unit

Because he doesn't want to reveal the secret female knight unit, he looks like a man who's losing it by allowing his daughter to continue her foolishness instead of shutting her down and making her be more ladylike(even though she literally prevent a coup singlehandedly and saved everyone in the Palace's lives)

Mom is part an aristocracy, which has a power structure, where one's position on the power structure is determined in substantial part by adherence to that structure's rules. Princess (and Emperor) want to drastically change those rules. This threatens the position of everyone in the existing power structure. Hence, they cannot accept what is essentially a revolution that throws them out of power (or even lower them in the existing power structure). Consequently, they'll always think the existing rules are correct and anything that contradicts them is wrong.

Of course, this is a comedy primarily, so it's mostly about the humor of bullheaded stubborn people getting trounced by muscle/magic princess.
Problem is the joke is starting to overstay a bit. Like, her beating the crap out of the raiders and her brother was great. This school BS is not.

The student council has authority over the emperor?
Oh yes the student council, the only organization whose power surpasses the emperor
No?

The headmaster clearly lays it out - if it's a decision he makes he's subject to the Emperor's executive power since he's (probably) some form of state official, but since it's now a matter between students, the power resides with the student council. And since the student council is an autonomous body (though I doubt they have the power to expel someone), the emperor can't interfere.

Remember friends: When women are running the show, ability and merit are irrelevant. Only fitting in matters.

"Earthquake" refers to the stuff you are standing on, not the name of the planet. I don't understand why people are confused by this. Now, that being said, it was named "Boston Crab" because it was translated into English, and that is how that move is known to English speakers. The actual name in Japanese translates to "reverse shrimp hold," which is why you see it represented graphically with a shrimp rather than a crab. This was not a matter of people in a fantasy setting somehow knowing about a modern city, but a translation error.

This would still be the case for the Japanese even without capitalism, because it is not behavior that is shaped by economics; it is behavior shaped by culture. Read a book before you start talking about something you clearly don't understand, and aren't interested in understanding.
Dude, you took it too seriously!

Also the Earthquake part I did clarify that maybe it's a case of Earth being the material "and the fantasy planet" the RPG takes place in that USES Earth and Earthquake as a name maybe chose the name and NOT the planet!

Note "Final Fantasy 7 Abridged" ABRIDGED usually means "comedy" so it was done in a comical manner!

Yeah I noticed the Reverse Shrimp hold "note" as well! Sometimes people joke and comment on stuff that may have been translation errors as you stated! So its' not done in "I don't know" fashion
