Never underestimate the ability of japaneses to take a weird premise and make it interresting (they could probably make even a curling match dynamic and nail biting... After all one of them had drawn amature pirates obsessed with the word "nakama" circling around their world for almost 20 years and it still show no sign of losing readership...)Not gonna lie, from the concept I was expecting some weird vore shit, but it turned out to be much more interesting and wholesome. A pleasant surprise.
I was going to roll my eyes over them gushing over the foreign steamer, when I realised that this... might have actually been something that was actually foreign to europeans for once. We don't hear about steaming as a cooking technique very often (or at all) from european cooking, and it didn't really catch on in the west until recently when there was a push towards steaming instead of boiling because of its health benefits (though I'll always boil, it's far tastier).!~MaGiCaL aSiAn StEaMeR~!

If she can't break through the freaking stomach lining then how the hell are you expecting her to break through the goddamn skin? Did you think that breaking through topsoil means you can immediately crack through bedrock?Girl didn't realize that the plants tapping into the bloodstream means a viable way to pierce the stomach across a wide surface area and slowly carve a way out.
She's already been corrupted
