I keep saying I hope to see Eva get a high-ranking position when she's older. Before, I said she's probably make a great priestess due to her knack for communicating with gods and spirits, and now she's shown to have a pretty solid head on her shoulders when it comes to politics.

So epiphets were no joke during the middle ages. Some held more power than actual titles and receiving one from a former queen regent would basically be the equivalent of being knighted.
A thought, giving him a title may distinguish him from the one in Oilia with a similar name though she is also about to go on a trip outside the country as well. Of course, the bestowal of a title may cause a case of mistaken identity if she gives her name and others recognize it.
I say she and Hans should have a seat at the table if there's a restaurant association along with Ludwig the Younger at the Four Winged Lion. The fact that she has a sailor for a brother, her younger siblings are doing farm work, and the possession of the handkerchief of the Former Emperor in her possession yet again (or is this another one) she is building connections where she could have some measure of influence in Aitheria.

Typically it'd say that lord Maeda Toshiie of Kaga offered a castle in exchange of salmon skin the size of a tatami mat, and lord Tokugawa Mitsukuni of Mito offered a large territory in exchange of a salmon skin one inch thick. The story can kind of get mixed around about which lord wanted which, sometimes the thickness or the width vary, and the reward they were offering up also can vary.

So happy for my man the salad sampling spy! For Eva I think this strongly implies in future she might have potential for politics as she is demonstrated to be quite sharp on a few occasion. Also this would be the second time she was awarded with the seal of the royal family, again this might be a hint she might work within the royal palace one day.

Eva just getting taught math by Edwin forever ago already gave her a huge boost in her options in the future if she were to leave Nobu for whatever reason. Combine that with all the things the Guild leaders and merchants and nobles have come into the store and discussed? She's probably absorbed an unreal amount of knowledge by now.
