Can confirm, I may grab ONE of these things as a side, but as a "full meal" it is... not a top choice. You wouldn't want sausages and instant ramen together in particular, on account of the ultra-high sodium content (think ramen is 40% to 70% plus of daily sodium). The butter corn is also a hard pass (literally only carbs and fat); the eggs and spinach (without mayo) is probably the "healthiest" toppings.
The curry pork-rice with karaage might still be doable for me, but it is extremely oily and high in MSG/ultra-processed seasoning.
