I'm used to isekai stories being a bit of a power fantasy by this point. I understand and accept that it's my tastes. But, all of THIS seems like a little too much for my suspension of disbelief to handle.

First, and most important: How have the nobles not heard of him before? Even if the guilds and the personal merchant do keep their word and keep his confidentiality, there is absolutely no fucking way they wouldn't have teams of investigators searching for the guy who is single handedly crashing the regions economy with all the top tier ingredients coming in. If there is no real repercussions from opening this restaurant in the middle of town, with the spotlights and the freaking BLIMP hovering overhead, I'm going to just stay under the assumptions the writer just does not give a flying fuck about maintaining a proper world balance.

Second, the stat growth being broken from having all the little dryads tamed: It's fine. Being broken and OP is fine in stories, as far as I'm concerned. I read these isekai to get a sense of "What does a character do with infinite power once they get it?" I enjoy seeing the best of humanity when faced with unfair circumstances. The MC who is told to choose between one life or many, and chooses instead the third option to save everyone? THAT is my crack!
But this story has yet to provide any sense of conflict yet. Which is fine, I guess. Most stories I enjoy are either slow burn, slow life series. Don't need much action or drama to keep me invested. The problem is that I don't think I've seen any kind of progress at all. Yes, he's done a lot of things for a fair number of people, but he hasn't actually come into conflict with anyone. There hasn't been any issues he can't just handwave away with magic. No monster who's given him any problems. No issues with his crops not selling. No one coming to investigate his adventure rank or finances.

I mentioned it briefly before, but the amount of money he's earning hasn't even been put into perspective yet. We have no idea what the difference is between 1000 ether or 1 million either, other than one number is much bigger than the other. We just know he has a lot of money right now, which, if this were a more realistic world, would be setting off every kind of alarm for the nobility, or at least the kingdom's treasury. There is no way he should be avoiding getting audited or taxed for how much wealth he's accumulated so quickly.

Well, I've rambled long enough. See everyone when the next chapter drops!

Dude, think about the continuation of that restaurant, how many waiters/waitresses have that kind of skill? It's not like the owner could be there every day since he's really a farmer!

Chapter 2 page 7
"how much is the average monthly cost for a single household?" "It's 30,000 ether!"
"Roughly 1 ether = 1 yen, right? It's easy to understand"

So while selling 29T of tomatoes which give eternal youth and 2T of beans that give telescopic sight, he received around 300,000 USD/EUR. This can be around 4x the price of normal tomato & beans.
I get the impression the government here isn't sophisticated enough to keep track of individuals wealth and calculate tax due based on it. (I'm not basing this off much since the technological level is a mess of medieval and modern, just a feeling.) But maybe that's already included, he gets 75% of profits after tax hence the low value. Either way it's not at an amount that should alarm the nation, maybe just a few bureaucrats. However I do think the stuff he's selling would raise some alarms, like if it got in the wrong hands.

Oh he could probably just clone himself with some asspull divine magic so that there is enough of him going around for farm work, manufacturing and running a restaurant.

did they not invite her dad to the opening lol
So true! The least I would've expected was for her to let her dad taste her food. I'm sure he'd be proud to see his daughter working as the head chef in her own restaurant.
