Yes, but they're not yuri... unless you consider the whole SonoHanabira series a single title. I rarely read (in past) mid-long ones in fact, the writing is usually terrible. Nowadays I don't read any, but I still have the ones I liked in an external drive. I'll list VNs with extensive gameplay.

Spoiler: Keep out minors and oversensitive ones

• Sengoku Rance (still the best one I've played, strategy, has officially approved mods even)
• Rance Magnum Quest (direct continuation from above, dungeon crawling)
• Dohna Dohna (RPG, cyberpunk, brothel simulator)
• Pending if it ever gets translated: Rance X
