For one, she's considerably bigger than him. He's also a manga assistant who spends most of his time sitting down holding a pen. He probably doesn't have good posture and both his legs and arms don't get enough use to build a lot of muscle.
Princess carries also likely require more technique since the weight leans towards the front.

So he can probably give a piggy back ride but I really don't think a princess carry will be easy unless he works out often.
