He was treated well while possessed due to the Spirit MC's efforts, and when he was betrayed, he had mostly expected it and got over it pretty quickly (not to mention the support he had from others, like his maid).
How would he even be recognised as a dark mage, at the church, when he hadn't been hurt at that point yet?

Nah, the father and first son blamed the second son because the mother died giving birth to him. MC was able to gain control of the second son's body after some abusive incident that nearly killed the host.

MC then spent his time trying to earn the father's approval, but instead the dud was disturbed by the different personality who did typical isekai protagonist shit like randomly design some advanced tech or spout weird ideas about how to manage people and run a government.

The MC then spent years in the Host's body earning money for the family. They in turn mostly ignored him or treated him like garbage. Then when he gained his Dark Attribute magic, they denounced him as evil and tried to kill him. That's when the second son took back his body, retaliated, and knocked his father and brother unconscious.

So the second son didn't grow up in a happy family, they just skipped over the majority of it and used some flashbacks to offer the minium of explanations.

So this is just "Reincarnated with my Smartphone" except the isekai'd guy is a piece of shit instead of being just generically bland.

He got the Sword Saint. With the Saint he only managed to implant whatever spell was in the previous chapter.

The girl who got 1000x sensitivity was a random nun, not the Saint.
