I didn't read the chapters available thus far to see what that one is about, so didn't add it to theorycrafting. Technically the change from 1:39 to 1:99 should be smaller than from 1:20 to 1:39, which should be smaller change than from 1:5 to 1:20. But then at 1:99 ratios genetics would probably start to be fonky

Although I would give Masato and Sou (the normal one) passes since the former just reincarnated months prior, and the latter is in his new world for a few days (weeks at most in the 18 plus). But yeah Ikkuto is a new level of stupid. Lol.

Part Masato was an idiot in his original world - the reason he lost his girlfriend. Not only he didn't learn a damn thing and still continues to behave the same way in new world, this behaviour of his is far worse and more dangerous in new world than it was in previous one. Like chances someone goes staby-staby on his ass is like 100x higher. And IIRC his new family thoroughly explained to him how this world works or something, so he doesn't really have excuses.

Yes, it's based on LN but it's the same. MC really have brain problem. As long as they're not wearing a skirt, everything is a male (including his own chair and onahole).

This is a Japan thing. I swear, Kawaii culture has made gendered clothing much more expected. I see it ALL THE TIME in manga and anime these days. I thought it was just for sales or whatever, but apparently, IRL Japan has this as well from what I have seen from those who moved there. I do not see anyone in a skirt outside of schools here in America, and that is only private schools. The public ones all have jeans and such. This does not excuse the MC of being brain dead, but it reflects the society of the writer and how the Japanese audience accepts this shit.

I feel like the 3 setups make sense as a "continuation" of sorts.

In 1:5 world shit started hitting the proverbial fan. Dudes get princess treatment cause they basically can pick and choose as much as they want. Girls get desperate a bit too, so that even the "uglier" dudes can "pull something".

In this 1:20 world, the ratio is already tragic enough that stuff changed. Men are in actual danger. Special "groups" got created - men guardians - to protect men.

The 1:39 just pushes the envelope even further. There are full blown schools that train men guardians, there is so little dudes that having 1 in a whole typically 20-30 people class is not guaranteed. Men are forced by law IIRC to go and donate sperm for artificial inseminations and stuff, cause its more humane than forcing dudes to fuck 40 girls.

The biggest difference is just how stupid the dudes are. 1:5 dude was already a retard, a "nice guy" who lost a girl cause he wasn't fucking able to treat her like a special being - he was the same with every single other girl. His behaviour didn't change one bit after isekaing and is borderline dangerous in the new world.

Dude in this 1:20 one is literally brain dead. He isekaied to it as a kid, he spent 15 years in it, and yet he behaves like he got transferred yesterday or even today at morning or something. Hard to say how much of his stupidity of not recognising girls comes from artist way of drawing, and how much from MC being actually mentally handicapped.

Dude in 1:39 seems to have a brain and depending if we add the R18 side of things to the calculation - it seems he freaking knows what he is doing.

The 1:5 and 1:39 you can find by just looking for those numbers here on MD. The 1:99 someone mentioned I think in response to my comment you can also find easily by looking for 1:99 of course . The 1:20 is easy - its this manga - thou looking for it is kinda hard cause the 1:20 is in the story, not in the title.

Can't say you much about 1:99 - all I read in it was tits, huge tits that I don't really like, so I am waiting to see if there will be small breasted cuties too.

As for 1:39 - no clue - was first one of this type of mangas I personally stumbled upon, but I am not as big of a culture man to tell you if there weren't other before it. Based on order on when I stumbled upon them and number of chapters:

Some possible manga of this type older than the ones discussed -> 1:39 -> 1:5 -> 1:20 -> 1:99, with potential other mangas inbetween, just not mentioned by people cause maybe they didn't out right say what the ratio is (3 of these have that in their titles XD).

Satou has the genuine excuse of non R18 timeline being what 3 or 5 days or I think a week now after the few days off school so him not realising how completely lost in space all the girls are makes more sense. He also didn't have a family pre isekai iirc so he'd take the more overstepping protective aspects of his family as normal family stuff.

Give him a month and he's merging with the R18 timeline
