It's kinda like MC is half zombie(?) so normal zombie see him as their kin so they don't attack him.

while the int zombie knows that he's also half human(?) so they keep on eyes on him that which side MC will choose when they saw him at university.

when they deems MC choose to side with human aka become their enemy, they attacked him.

and yes, due to this eroge logic. seems like MC can "cured" zombie to certain degree.

and if you recalled to very early chapter when they revealed how int zombie gain their "human" back by eating.

It seems like this could mean human "fiber/fluid" could make zombie gain their "human self" back but the one who get via eating become full of hatred while (tokiko) who gain her human self via sex become.... more normal ? more loving ?
