honestly quite disappointing for a manga adaptation of a nice ish vn. not that the original was a perfect ending or anything, it just felt like the stakes were more real and intellectual zombies were actually a threat.

but just like the vn, this also has many unresolved mysteries like intellectual zombies and what happened to the nurse (in the final volume of the vn the nurse was barely mentioned and apparently she has depression pro max now.)

it was already a miracle that it got a manga adaptation and the vn having 3 volumes+1 volume of character backstories despite the shitty, frustrating mysteries and how they just glossed over the 2 years time skip like yeah, this that happened bla bla bla happily ever after without ever explaining other plotpoints that i found interesting. but oh well, cool plot in my hentai vn?! can't have that.

After I posted yesterday mentioning I remembered seeing the VN listed, I looked it up last night. Seems the author abandoned his novel years ago and the company that created the VN came up with their own ending. I do not know if that applies here in some way or not. Searching online also showed that there was an anime that was supposed to come out in 2024 and is now marked as 2026. I couldn't find any info if the author came back to finish the story or if it is another group finishing it.

It could mean that others zombie sexer(if there's one in this eroge world) could potentially cured zombie like MC did but because no one in right mind would do that. only MC can do this weird "cure" (it also could just be main Character things and only MC could do that)
