Cuz it's technically summoning, he summons a copy(drawing) of an existing being. Iirc, he once thought about it during the noble vs commoner tournament, he can't create something out of just imagination, it has to match up with the reality so he can summon them. I guess implies that as long as it follows the world's setting it possible to summon but Akira isn't that knowledgeable so he uses encyclopedia to back his thoughts.Why does he still pretend it's summoning? It's creation not summon, no?
Idk the full explanation of how he can summon that ancient golem during Duke emilio arc tho, cuz I believe he hasn't encountered that being before.
