If a god creates a world, they shouldn't become too attached to individual beings or details in it. That's what leads to dilemmas even omnipotency can't solve, because it's basically the omnipotent god fighting against him/herself in that case. Not literally fighting, but fighting against their own intentions and desires. For example if the creator god wants to keep things dynamic and gives the dominant race, let's say humans, a finite lifespan, but then gets too attached to some hero or saintess, granting them immortality. That actually goes against the idea of keeping things dynamic through mortality. So, either the individual must expire or the omnipotent god breaks their own game.
