People need help from literal monsters and you think your powers make you one as well, despite having the conscious to recognize right and wrong. I don't know what coming ahead but eventually I forsee alot of people dying and MC only trusting a few people to tell his secret, but by the time he reveals it, its to late and it just gets worse

"Right or wrong" isn't the issue, especially in such a simplistic context. He's already shown that his mental state is fucked during the incident with the girl's mother. I would absolutely not trust that kind of guy with that kind of power.

Also, unless he's ok with being the one to wipe out all the zombie population in Japan, (you know that is what people would eventually expect of him) what's the point of telling them? Mind you, that is a horribly long term task, even for a superhuman like that. Even if he were to kill 100K daily (doubtful he could do anywhere near that), he'd need about 5 years.
