Absolute banger. Thanks for the TL. Loving the designs for the witches, this new witch of the shrike is absolute kino. Somehow, some of this, the witches in particular reminds me of the witches from Madoka Magica. Anyone else? Or just me?
Side note; While I think Touge Oni is definitely on it's way to wrapping up. And I am going to miss it terribly. If I have this new series to keep me going. Well, so far, I think it will be just fine. Very interested in seeing what Tsurubuchi Kenji is cooking with this new series.

Though we still don't know the cause of situation or the specific mechanics of how the witches came to be, so maybe it will be something like Madoka's Mahou Shoujo/Witch transformation in the end.

i'd say partially soul'ish since its just and area not the whole continent
