Though it's used commonly in porn (hentai), but NTR also applied on normal manga too. Also, as fyi for everyone interested and still don't know the differences, NTR differs based on its subgenre such as:
NeToRare: a cheating drama plot that focused on the victim. The victim becomes MC.
NeToRi: focused on stealer. The stealer is MC.
NeToRase: the husbando/waifu letting the stealer having fun with his/her companion.
