Mika is an enabler, she's stirring shit up for her own amusement.
Reni on the other is quite unpleasant by virtue of being a gaslighter and brocon.
I have enough of feeling sad or tired for Rihito, that man is a Buddha, he got far too much patience

Negi is the stray that comes and goes.

That's because the way her character has been set up and developed makes Mika a special type of chaotic evil. I haven't read the raws but I hope Mika eventually gets her comeuppance, nothing too bad of course, but chaotic evil sadistic desire for schadenfreude needs some kind of karmic answer

It's because she's maliciously manipulative, while the others, particularly Noa, are far more straight-forward and innocent in their insanity.

Noa can easily be defused with validation and affection.

Reni can be a real cunt (seriously, she says some genuinely awful things to Noa), but she's just projecting her lack of attention from Rihito onto Noa. If Rihito gave her more attention, she'd be less of a brat.

In contrast, Mika likes seeing the people she loves be anxious, sad, or upset, as evidenced by her dialogue and previous interactions (especially with Reni).

Basically, Noa and Reni have insecurities that their behavior is intended to help them address, which can be understood and fulfilled.

Mika just wants drama and to see people struggle. There's no insecurity to address. It's not like she's an evil psychopath, but she is emotionally sadistic.

Mika and Reni are childhood friends and classmates. We see flashbacks of them playing with Rihito present during their childhood. It's why she's close enough to him to call him Onii-san.

There's many suggestions throughout the chapters that some of Rihito's reservedness is due to how he was treated by his family and especially his sister. Reni's not just a little nasty to Noa, but particularly bad when it comes to putting down his brother despite her deep brother complex. She's still not that bad of a character though, just a brat.

Mika on the other hand is very sadistic and not likeable at all.
