AFTER 10 THOUSAND YEARS... glad it is back.
Also i think the bagpack "invention" is just a neat plot point for them to have the money for a house. Because it feels to me like something someone would have come up with if they constantly go out searching for herbs or mushrooms.

The reason I start at vol 3 is because I already posted the official vol 1 and 2 else where. Do you guy know where to read vol 1 and 2, or you guy just skip from chapter 8?

Here I can testify for both english and spanish readers that finding anything at all beyond chapter 8 is hell, and that's including this page because most only have until chapter 6 at most, chapter 9 to 14 are a mystery that at least I don't know how to find (excluding J-novel club, there I think they have it but one have to pay there), so seeing chapters past that appear sure is strange.

PD: Doesn't help any other page that appear to have them in reality only have chapters of the "exiled reincarnated heavy knight" mixed in, because the waters weren't muddy enough.

They uh, not tight in money at this point. Even without this backpack purchase, their party would have no problem buying a house. Their income came from selling a whole boar and high quality fruits called Dindel. This backpack technology purchase came up to make sure other characters will at least have the same technology when they had to travel, not for long though since Nao and Haruka would craft spatial bags for every members of their party by the time they regularly go with other people.

So, the soap trope was avoided because Haruka has cleaning magic, but now we got the equally dreadful but more uncommon backpack trope instead. Actually we might still get the soap one as well because Natsuki wants a bath. I bet nobody bathes in that whole town, anyway, so a bath will be unthinkable for the locals. Might as well start piling up tropes.

It actually didn't came up that early, iirc the first time they see their backpacks being used by other people was by the soldiers who accompanied the nobles they had to escort. I suspect the backpack technology spread is just setup for that scene because the author did not want to explain about medieval soldier logistic
