Lapience even cried for her death she was so confused 🥺 thanks for the chapter!
whoa your theory makes WAY more sense and you sound like you know a lot about mythology (i mean this as a compliment, i find mythologu very cool and all). Also i dont really hate the goddess because i know she will have some sort of valid reason for not telling, sometimes i first do and then think 😅 . Thanks for replying and sharing you theory/thoughtsGods in mythology have been known to split themselves in two to play with themselves and present duality as their aspects. The goddess said she's the god of love and something so I'm guessing that there's another side of hate and something.
What I'm trying to figure out is the trigger. The goddess of love intervenes in death, what would be the other intervene over? Do they have rules they play by? Is the newly made demon king the only one the other can work through?
I don't hate the goddess, I think she's just holding up her side of the rules and would tell if the other side broke the agreement.
The part about finding out the ''trigger'' was also something i thought a bit about i do have the feeling that the goddess will give her some hints to help her find out. I also think that a everytime cecilia makes some kind proggess with Milfina present theyll have a ''surprise heart-to-heart moment''My current suspicion is that this is a "Goddess playing with mortals" situation somewhat, but I'm not sure the mist is the Goddess, just maybe something placed in the world by her for "fun"
I have a feeling that figuring out the "Trigger" for the Mist-takeover is going to be the next step forward in unravelling the "game"
Also Page 22 wasn't that unexpected for me. After the first time, I was expecting another "surprise heart-to-heart moment" as it were, or some equal "surprise brutal killing by mist-possessed Milfina"
I think its just a case of the godess seeing that milfina wont revive her so she revives her instead, using one of the "continues"Okay. Let's find the revival pattern. What makes Cecilia’s first death so different from the others?
In her first death, she was immediately revived by Melfina after being beheaded by Kiana, but why didn’t the Goddess’s power activate then? Was it because she wasn’t technically dead yet? A human head can still briefly function even after decapitation.
- First death, ch. 3: beheaded by Kiana. Revived by Milfina.
- Second death, ch. 3: heart destroyed by Milfina. First appearance of the Goddess. Revived by the Goddess. 6 tries left.
- Third death, ch. 4: pierced by Lapience's swords. Milfina is not present in the scene. Revived by the Goddess. 5 tries left.
- Fourth death, ch. 7: heart destroyed by Milfina. Revived by the Goddess. 4 tries left.
So what exactly triggers Cecilia’s revival by Milfina?
And what triggers her revival by the Goddess?
Was it related to Cecilia’s heart? It’s possible her heart also got destroyed by the swords during her third death.
Kiana , Maria or Nefi. It's hard to tell but she will certainly need to be careful, well at least she knows it's not that girl she could have an ally by telling her some of what's going onWell, 1 down 3 to go, if nothing else.
Well the goddess is pretty useless well you'll get sometimes like that really aren't much just boasting and showing off while not actually doing anythingThe Goddess needs correction 💢💢
