About the chapter itself, Hinano's bullshit premise falls apart quite easily. If the goal was to make Yuuka into this "ultimate pervert" or whatever Hinano seems to think she's working towards, The other girl's plan shouldn't be an issue. After all, the more "addicted" Yuuka gets to sex, the more perverted she will become. But, obviously, Hinano has feelings for Yuuka which is why she's reacting so strongly to the "proposal".
