On second thought, the gay part is actually a lessener, since one of the problems of incest falls away. Should be more @IHaveIncestousSexSixSevenGenerationsIn88 to really amplify that problem

Try using a bookmark or https://mangadex.org/title/random. The problem appears to be on the home page only.
