...that is a D20 with arms. You would not be able to use that with my old DM - he was very thorough if he thought your dice were loaded.

Funny thing is that is somewhat the idea.

The god of chaos is a corrupted version of the god of order, whose body is what the shattered crystal thing is. The hands are chaos cheating fate and destiny so it can toy with it.
