I think it will happen because they have already kissed so it's not as big of a interruption game if it's mess with again.

It certainly looks like she will be the one taking him at the end but things can always change. I think they weren't expecting someone as uptight and follow the rules as her to do that

Find it funny how the author is trying to push so hard a Shinozaki endgame, but MC has better chemistry with all the other senseis instead.

That is certainly a good way of putting it I think it's because the others are less inclined to follow the rules and as such get close to him but it looks to be that she could be changing that side of things.

The teachers aren't really subtle with their flirting.
If there is only one winner she's obviously going to be Shinozaki, I was disappointed when she said she didn't remember the kiss but then had a nice follow up. There might still be the chance for an harem, though.
