They’re the same age, you can clearly see it in this scene. and a little spoiler for the next chapter: MC’s father’s main family still hasn’t accepted him as part of the family, since MC is the result of an affair. But here, Yuzu actually seems to like MC, not as a brother, but as a opposite sex / romantic partner. You guys can judge it for yourselves later from the expression on her face near the end of chapter 2
