This is a remarkably well-written chapter. The dream at the beginning looks arbitrary at first, but contrasting it with the one at the end, and how they both react after waking up, completes the picture. Fujiwara's understanding is fundamentally different from Yumenomi's, as further underlined by his choice to draw flat chests despite acknowledging the greatness of boobs. He connects these things to his emotional experiences, which he synthesizes into his work (how he can draw vaginas better for having seen Sasha's), while Yumenomi flattens them. It's kind of amazing how much the mangaka manages to say in just seven pages.
