Thanks for the TL. That girl's accent is hard to understand for me.

Some suggestions:

On Page 2: "Are you eating oharu[..]" -> "何でここでお昼食べてるの" -> "Why are you eating out here?"

Page 8:
Inset from chapter 15. "I keep saying it [...]" -> "You can always rely on me"

I'm think sure this whole section is her talking about Manager.
"You act like a small" -> "He acts like a small"

9: "Love things like this" -> "I think I like him?" or maybe "Is that liking?"

I'll change the first two, but I'm leaving the third. I think the confusion it generates is intentional, as it could apply to to Higurashi or Airi, as Airi in this chapter behaves kind of like Kumano descibes. The first two make sense, though.

I agree she's talking about the manager, but if I were to change it, it makes no sense. Airi seems confused/nervous because she thinks Kumano is talking about her. If she could easily tell Kumano was talking about the manager, I don't think she would be like that. Also, then Kumano is answering the question herself, when she previously wanted Airi to guess. Again, I believe it to be intentionally vague. Also, my QC wasn't good, as I forgot to put a "Yeah..." on page 7! I'll have to have some words with... Me. It's fixed now, though.

Aye. I'd be shocked if she didn't like the manager already. She may be a bit airheaded in a certain way (which is kind of the point of the series, as stated by the description), but I feel like not in this way. She's definitely not stupid or anything.

While Japanese can be ambiguous like that, context was about the manager, so it wouldn't make sense for Airi to think Kumano suddenly started talking about her.
Airi's reaction was like that, because she didn't expect Kumano to talk about manager as a someone she likes to dote on (she expected to get a more concrete answer about Kumano's feeling towards manager).

Also, the first TL note on page 8 should probably be "You look like you get along well... but" - text floating on the edge of the speech bubble is usually considered a part of it, not a separate thought.
