But, whats the relation between that vampire and the dungeon master, considering he is the only one (currently) that knows she has a daughter (even the daughter stories being betrayed everytime). Is he a donkey from Shrek and/or Jarvan IV from LoL

Yoishi is confirmed on first chapter that he is from another world and he is adopted by original tavern owner. So, its not yoishi.
