If I could be certain I would like the story enough down the line I am all for buying myself copies of the official LN. but the economy hates us all, so I have to pick carefully which stories I enjoy enough to collect on my shelves 🫠

That is established, yes. But immediately prior to the performance she frets that she’s completely out of material, and she uses the “come forth” command as though she’s spellcasting. Which is why I think it’s unclear what exactly was happening there.

I'm not paying to rent an eBook with "special currency" lol. when I say official copies I am talking physical prints. something I can put on a bookshelf and not have to care if my PC breaks or my power is out.
