So far, we haven't seen any part of their techniques hes failed to learn after their minute long training sessions, and they're operating under the idea hes going to steal every enemies power, so hes going to impossibly out-level them all soon. They need to start adding new requirements, like the fact they call it draining, that he only has a set amount of energy from a target that he loses the ability if he doesn't keep in regular contact with them.

If this goes like every other shonen harem sort of manga/anime I've seen, we are on a path towards the MC being the only character of consequence and every other member of the cast only existing to be lust objects, cheerleaders, or in need of rescuing in order to properly motivate the MC so he can show off his awesomeness to everyone. Even though this is a seinin manga, that part feels very shonen-y.
